Pathogen Sense uses real-time qPCR technology, autonomous water sampling, and cloud-based encryption to bring unparalleled speed to pathogen detection.

Our qPCR-based pathogen detection systems autonomously sample any water source to identify distinct strains of pathogens in under 60 minutes. Our rapid detection sensors continuously monitor the water for harmful bacteria and viruses, sending quantitative data to a secure cloud-based dashboard in real-time.

Our automated pathogen detection sensors are able to detect specific strains of E. coli (including E. coli O157:H7), Salmonella, Legionella, Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio, SARS-CoV-2 (such as Omicron and Delta variants), Monkeypox, CrAssphage, and Campylobacter.
